Content Gap Analyzer
Content Gap Analyzer: Analyze an explicit URL inventory/crawl export supplied as JSON. Findings are limited to the completeness of that dataset.
What this tool does
Analyze links or keyword overlap within a supplied URL inventory. The tool uses your JSON export; it does not discover or crawl the website itself.
How to use it
Supply an array of URL, outgoing links and keywords, up to 500 pages. Include the relevant pages rather than only those linked from the homepage. Run the selected analysis. Review candidates against a fuller crawl before editing pages.
Why it matters
An explicit graph can reveal pages with no incoming links in the dataset, while preserving the distinction between incomplete evidence and a verified sitewide problem.
Example
A page listed in the inventory but absent from every other page’s links is an orphan candidate in that inventory. An omitted source page could change the conclusion.
Understanding the result
Incoming-link and keyword-overlap findings reflect only submitted rows. Keyword overlap alone does not prove harmful cannibalization.
Limitations
No crawl, search impressions, rankings or page rendering is performed. Relative URLs, incomplete exports and duplicate records need cleanup before interpretation.
Frequently asked questions
Does this guarantee search visibility?
No. This tool reviews the supplied evidence. Search engines and AI systems make independent selection decisions.
Is my input stored?
Browser tools process locally. Server tools process the input; reports are saved only when requested. Connected AI and data tools send required input to their service providers.
