Brand Mention Analyzer
Brand Mention Analyzer: Count brand mentions and citation URLs in supplied, timestamped AI-response records. This analyzes your observations; it does not query AI engines or verify their provenance.
What this tool does
Summarize brand matches and citation URLs in AI response observations that you supply as JSON. The tool does not collect or verify live engine responses.
How to use it
Record actual responses with engine, query, date, answer and citations. Enter the brand name and paste the observation array, up to 500 records. Run the summary. Inspect each underlying answer and URL before drawing conclusions.
Why it matters
Keeping dated evidence makes a small observation study more useful than an unsupported AI visibility score.
Example
A supplied answer that mentions your brand contributes one observed mention. A citation is counted only when it is present in the supplied citation list.
Understanding the result
Counts apply exclusively to your uploaded sample. Substring brand matching can require manual disambiguation. No population-wide visibility or engine ranking is inferred.
Limitations
Sampling bias, changing responses and ambiguous brand names limit interpretation. Records can be inaccurate because the tool cannot verify how you collected them.
Frequently asked questions
Does this guarantee search visibility?
No. This tool reviews the supplied evidence. Search engines and AI systems make independent selection decisions.
Is my input stored?
Browser tools process locally. Server tools process the input; reports are saved only when requested. Connected AI and data tools send required input to their service providers.
